In the event information submitted in this application changes, Applicant agrees to update the information on this questionnaire and notify Klosebuy immediately of said change. Klosebuy, in accepting this application, has reasonably relied upon the information I submitted to consider Applicant as a Klosebuy Channel Partner. In the event that any of the information contained within this application proves false, Klosebuy reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate a then existing Channel Partner Agreement with Applicant for cause with no liability to Applicant or Company whatsoever.
